Founder’s Day Cookies

This photograph was taken during Colorado State University’s Founder’s Day. The cookies had green and gold sprinkles, which create visual interest in the photo. The photo showcases cookies that celebrate CSU history and the spirit of Founder’s Day.

Seraph Doctrine

This screenshot is from a game I built in Unity. The game took a semester to build, and the hardest part of the game to code was moving around as the boat. Some models (like the boat) I had to borrow from the Unity Asset store. Other models I created and animated in Blender (such as the NPCs). If you want to see some gameplay, click here. The footage is sped up twice as fast as it was originally recorded.

Trick-or-Treats

This Halloween themed infographic shares some spooky facts about Halloween candy. The data visualizations use either photographs or illustrations of real candy. The display type at the top is a typeface that I created, and if you want to see exactly how I created that typeface click here.

Paranormal Music Video

This is a music video of Paranormal, by Me and The Sea. It was a very fun video to work on, and I tried out a lot of different animation and editing techniques. My class shot the footage live from the band.

Sousa Christmas

This piece captures the joys of Christmas, and how music plays a role in creating the holiday spirit. Music can do this in both small and large ways, as represented by the Christmas wreath and the ornaments. I chose to focus on the tuba (sousaphone) section, because tubas have been extremely involved with Christmas events, such as Tuba Christmas. The three videos feature four sousaphone players moving to the Christmas music.
